I am a first timer , how the hell do i use this?When i extracted i got a whole bunch of .network files , and other wierd files , what do i do with them?

If you don't know what to do with network files, consult section 4.36 (Set Block) in unreal32docs.html, I hope it will tell you the answer.
"Other weird files", well, they might be weird to you, but all of them are there in the package in order to use them in whatever way when they are necessary. All of the files can be useful.
