unreal 3.2.9

I have installed unreal3.29 win32 on windows xp3 it installed and gui is also available. i just need help "how the server can send the text to connected clients?"
unreal3.2.9 gui has a option status but we can not edit and cannot connect to the client.
Please help soon.
