Is it possible to link UnrealIRCd to InspIRCd? Im looking for any suggestions in this matter.

This is not possible and will never be possible. UnrealIRCd ONLY links with UnrealIRCd and UnrealIRCd-compatible service packages.

Every IRCd has their own server-to-server protocol making inter-IRCd linking impossible in almost every case. There are server-to-server standards, such as TS6, but even those protocols are very loose in what they require and what can be added by the developers of the IRCds.
