Primarily the register command . I know I can set levels for all the settings but was wondering if its possible to do this with the register command as Id prefer it to be admin level only access.

I know a few services have options where you have specific levels of people who can register channels. I'm not sure if Anope or any of the really popular services do, but I know Lakeserv and Magick do(or at least I think magick does, I could be wrong) allow you to restrict access.

This is for IRC Services
# CSEnableRegister [OPTIONAL]
# Allows the REGISTER command to be used. This is usually a good
# thing, but if you don't want your users to be able to register
# channels, remove (or comment out) this directive. Note, however,
# that Services administrators and the Services super-user will
# still be able to use the REGISTER command even if this directive
# is not given.

I quote from the forum description for "Services"
"Services
The Unreal IRCD team does not provide support for any services packages that you may be using or want to use. This forum is provided so the community can help eachother with services issues."
Seems like we are meant to use it to discuss... gee.. services?
btw, jewles, you never replied to my email
