Linking quirk

Someone probably asked this already, but I couldn't find it in the FAQ.

What do you do if your server shows up with 0 users in /map but you're on it and you know you have 12 or so users on it?

We've tried re-linking it several times, both from the hub and from the server. We've also restarted the server and it didn't fix it.

atlantis.* (67) 6
`-hub.* (0) 4
|-chat.* (0) 2 <-- 0 users
|-sinister.* (4) 5
|-america.* (3) 46
|-imirc.* (3)
|-services.* (37)
|-java.* (81) 3
`-irc.* (93) 1
End of /MAP

From that server:

chat.* (10) 2
End of /MAP

Any suggestions?

Only thing that I can think of: check that your servers are synched.

Looks to me like its not accepting the data from the other IRCd as it syncs to the net. That would cause it to not see other servers.

How do we fix it?

This started after something happened with the box it was on. Either it rebooted or lost internet connection, it's on a shell type server. When it came back, it started doing this.

use ntpdate or rdate to resync times

if its a shellbox nodify the box owner and tell em to fix their time

Nothing is mentioned about a TS sync problem however...
