Spamfilter exempt

I was wondering if there was a way to remove the exempt for ircops because there are some spamfilters i want to work on ircops aswell but i dont know how to get it to work on ircops.

I trust them. I just want the one filter to take effect on them and not just normal users.

Spamfilters are not meant to stop opers from doing things. As was said, if you don't trust them to follow the rules, then don't make them opers.
As for making an "exception," you'd need to use regex for that. Doing such a regex would be very complex though.
