I have a password on my ssl key file itself and am unable to start the daemon using systemd because it does not pop up asking for my password, it just fails when not getting one. How can i configure unrealircd so that it will put in my key for my ssl key file?

You cannot, as having an automated passphrase entry would defeat the purpose of having a passphrase for using your certificate.

Solution: Decrypt your certificate and use it normally.
