Setting correct user modes

~I still have this problem in the win32 [Sep 10 17:16:04.000299 2013] Setting correct user modes for Admin_Bumblebee on #The_50s_Room (giving modes) with the oper superowner not getting the +q as it should
I think this is what you mean by issue where user modes are stripped from remote clients?

I split this into its own topic. Please create a new topic for each new thing.

I searched through the UnrealIRCd source code, and could not find any text that you have quoted in this post, which means the message you see is not being generated by Unreal. It may be possible this is a message coming from your services, in which case it would be something to ask them.

What modules do you have loaded?

I through it be the unreal as it only happen after I updated the unreal from 3.9 to 3.10

Those are Services modules. Stealth means reply with the output of the /module command please.
