Need antimoon.so and antimoon.c

I'm mitigating my priv irc server to a new vps, because of all of the compatibility issues I was forced to snag a new copy of unreal and redo everything. I get past the configuring everything correct ( I dropped my old unrealircd.conf into the new installation ) and when I try and start unreal, it is telling me that the module antimoon.so and antimoon.c could not load because the file could not be found.
Its been quite a long time since I've redone my entire IRC server, I've redone this twice now from 2 diff versions.....any help with the missing files would be greatly appreciated.
current attempt with Ver: Unreal 3.2.10.4
