Hi,
I got this error when i try to start the unrealirc. All worked good but since i stoped it. It wont start again.

[error] unrealircd.conf:789: Missing semicolon before close brace
[error] Could not load config file unrealircd.conf
[error] IRCd configuration failed to load
Possible error encountered (IRCd seemingly not started)

Thank you.
ps: My unrealircd.conf is on the good folder idk wtf

Read the first line of what you pasted. It tells you what the problem is.

I also suggest going through your configuration and removing any comments and information that is not needed for the IRCd to run. A configuration with 700+ lines is too long and will cause issues (either issues with Unreal processing it or being nearly impossible to manage when something needs to be changed.)

The example configuration is exactly that - an EXAMPLE - it is not meant to be a runtime configuration.
