unreal not starting

[error] IRCd configuration failed to pass testing
Possible error encountered (IRCd seemingly not started)
i have unreal 3.2.10.4 also. i don't see nowhere on my first server nowhere under unreal the cloak.so file except in the src/modules file. on this server im setting up i don't see it nowhere except in the src/modules file as well. where else would it go? ive never seen this error. thank you for your help
