Hello to all,
I was looking at the documentation and searching the internet a lot, but I unfortunately did not find an answer to my question:

I´m running unrealircd on a freebsd-machine, and it´s working fine. now, I want to stay in my channel the whole day, and if someone´s looking for me, he can connect. This means, that unrealircd sometimes is idle for hours, maybe 1 or 2 are connected, but no one is writing. And they still should be connected, also, if they are not writing.

But after around 8 or 10 Minutes (when no one is writing a message) my x-Chat says "Disconnect (Connection rejected by Server)

My question: How can I make it, that this does not happen. Is there something like a client keep alive time or anything like that?

Thanks for your help

This should not happen at all.

Do other clients get disconnected too?

Check your Unreal Logs on the server, maybe there's something interesting in there....

Thanks!
