Hi I have a question I have unrealircd-4.0.2 geinstaleert now I have me opers. conf but when I now connect gives i to upgraded that ConnectServ Wylddragon is now a Global Operator (+ o) on irc.searchirc.eu Oper: Wylddragon is now an IRC Operator.

But I'm netadmin is also set in the opers. conf this is me opers. conf

Do you know what else I should do?

As for why your services see you as "just" an irc operator and not "network administrator": FAQ: Where did user mode ... go in UnrealIRCd 4?:

Netadmin, services-admin, admin, co-admin have been removed due to the new IRCOp access control

But one thing I can't as netadmin /die pasword /restart password What about those 2 commands?

Those are indeed not available by default, because they are so dangerous.
