msvcR70d.DLL help pLs

I install the unreal 3.2.1 win32 but when I install the setup requres this dll and when I clicking yes setup can not found the URL! anyone help me??

Oh hm *removedll* :/.
We heard a few days ago that redistributing msvcr70d.dll (=debug dll) is not allowed, so we are switching over to use msvcr70.dll (=release dll) + doing some win32 backports when we are at it.
The win32 download will be updated soon (=within a few days).
This is just a quick&dirty intermediate solution, other options would have been:
- keeping of msvcr70d.dll, which would be illegal
- keeping downloads as-is (but still removing msvcr70d.dll) would prevent a lot of new people from using unreal
- Doing a full new release (3.2.2) because of this wasn't really justified when looking at CVS changes... no need to bother everyone with upgrading when there isn't really a need to (especially for the *NIX ppl).
More information will be available when the downloads have been replaced.

So is there no way around it at present. I was running Unreal up until earlier today when I hadda re-install my doze box.. Now I've reinstalled Unreal and boom, can't use it without the DLL... Is this the end until you release a fix?
