Remove Half Op unrealircd 5

hye there,
first of all Unrealircd is the best ircd ever in the world,so many resources,so many guide,so many helful people and developer,so simple to make it work perfectly on how i want it to work.
i've been searching everwhere on how can i disable half op,but can't find it for the latest version,just wondering is it any way i can disable all halfop module and functions? i just want sop,aop,vop access only in my server,if someone know how do to it, i hope u guys can guide me on how modify it.
ircd : Unrealircd 5.2.1.1
services : Anope 2.0.9
