UnrealIRCd 6.0.2 released

Today we announced a crash fix which can be fixed without upgrading. But some of you may actually like to upgrade to UnrealIRCd 6.0.2 since it includes new features and other fixes. Read the UnrealIRCd 6.0.2 release notes for all the good stuff, such as logging to channels, a new CLI tool and some other tweaks.
