i got some one that make a hell for the others people on my chat but my problem is that he got a dynamic ip but his provider is like some chatter the same

So long as he doesn't change his ident...

Also, I'd suggest dropping a note in the ISP's abuse email, and if they don't do anything about it, tell people about it, and gline the ISP

some other people does use the same isp but the guy change his ident to *@......

so i can't get a q-line sometimes
