New anope + UnrealIRCd tutorial

On our wiki there is a new article: Linking UnrealIRCd with anope. It explains how to install and configure anope services and link it to UnrealIRCd. Anope is still quite extensive software with lots of settings but hopefully this should make things a little easier.
Note that anope is not the only services software. There is also Atheme and possibly others. The guide for anope is just there because anope is a popular choice.
