hidden channel monitoring

Hi people!
just a quick question... I am looking for a way for making my server send everything that is posted on a channel (a specified channel) as a private message to me, is that possible? (I suspect so but I am pretty new to this and I don't know what to look for).
If anyone of you has some thought about this, thanks =)

Um, I forgot to add, I want it to happen without any monitor service being IN the channel...

You DO know this is highly unethical and even illegal in certain countries?

Yeah I do, thanks for the warning though. It is not run on a public server, not even close to that so I think it's ok...

I run *censored* on my server but only when it is justified as in a user complains another user is being abusive through p2p's and we need proof of it so we can ban them.
Regardless of whether this network is public or not spying on ppls convos is not ethical . And also as pointed out in some cases even illegal .
Stay signed in to all the rooms then you can see what is going on .
Monitoring of priv msgs defeats the object of them being private in the first place. Id think long and hard before implementing any form of module to do this .

As mentioned before this is highly unethical and there are modules that can do this for you.
