Limit channel length

Can we limit Channel Length? I can't find anything on that, unlike nicklen.

Currently, there's no such option on UnrealIRCd.

I'm wondering what would be the use case for such option?

That's actually a great question. I just went back and checked, and I was certain the max channel length was greater than 32 characters. I was under the impression it was something like 64, or larger, and that seemed unmanageable to me.

But, there it is in black and white.. 32. I guess I had a momentary attack of Dyslexia.

In RFC, a channel name could be up to 200 characters.
In practice, unrealircd doesn't allow more than 32 chars... And I can confirm there is no setting anywhere
