UnrealIRCd 6.2.1-rc1 available for testing

The first Release Candidate for 6.2.1 is now available for testing. Please report any issues you find at https://bugs.unrealircd.org/
The focus was on performance improvements this time but also various small new features were added. See the release notes for all the information.

As always, you can download UnrealIRCd from www.unrealircd.org. If you want to upgrade on *NIX, then use: ./unrealircd upgrade --rc
