i dont want name tag on every time it chnages the topic

chanserv chnages the topic to "Hi (XP1)"

how do i stop it from putting the nametags in?

i have to chnage the topic all the time

Actually it's not ChanServ that appends the name of the topic setter in brackets to the topic message, it's Unreal, so this is an Unreal (and rather a protocol-specific) issue. Unfortunately there's no configurable option to change that behaviour. A discussion have already been made about it, you can find it at http://bugs.unrealircd.org/view.php?id=1317.
