Hmm.
Maybe a way to somehow modify the oper { } block via module? I know how to add stuff to set { } but this needs to be a oper-specific setting directive.

OperFlags in Modules?
I'm probably lazy for not searching it myself but,
is it possible to add a new OFlag via a module?
(Like, make a new arbitrary flag, such as... Y or whatever...)?
Theres a new usermode that my network's coded via a module and we want to restrict its access via an Oflag..

Hold up
Stats C is not the only way to get the IP of the server!!
/trace Publichub.*
/trace Services.*
would show IP's as well. I suggest trying the NOOP as mentioned until you can build trust.

No
Nope. Server can set topic, but there is no existing command for it. Even if there was, it would not be able to be used by non ircops.
Suggestion: ask for a command like /SATOPIC which -would- use the server (as samode uses the server too).
Or, if you have RAW enabled on your services, you can ...

<Magus> Then you've screwed something up in the IRCd.
<Zell> Nope.
<Magus> Because on stock versions of Unreal, they do.
I don't think ELines punch thru GLines b/c I have tried it. We are trying to get a way to banwalk a G with an E. Is this ...

lol
lol the problem wasnt with Unreal tho. It was with spyware but the point of posting it was to alert users that 100% CPU usage on load doesnt mean its unreal's fault. Check your PC's for spyware regularly just to be sure. Spyware pisses me off, though I've never been infected *knock on wood ...

Unreal3.2.1(Win32) (not the B release)
Ya prolly already found this...
When I start unreal3.2.1 on Win32 (XP Pro/Home) it doesnt eat up 100% CPU right away... and only begins to do so when I attempt an SSL connection to it. This problem was ONLY found when infected with spyware. ((Yeah, I got a test machine and loaded some spyware on it ...
