Need, help trying to add something.

I need help, I am not sure if I could make an alias that allows you to do this or not, but I have searched the forums and I have read the docs over and over again. But I want to be able to have it to where you type /staff and then it reads an external file, which I have labeled staff.motd. Any ideas ...
