someone really kind enough to help walk thru

hey, i hope someone can help me on this as i want to start an irc server on a win32 based computer. i have never done it before, i have had a friend help set up a linux based one, but id rather have it in windows. the operating system is windows xp pro. if someone is kind enough to help walk through this and has maybe some time or a link to show where to go to help me on this?

Just download the Win32 installer, install it, edit your unrealircd.conf and you're good to go!
