How i can make like that if som1 connect to my server he will join automaticaly a channel : O?

wtf cant u guys just a help me ? ur such leech0r spammers.. i know what i want and wat i dont.. i just request sum help is it allowed?

I am running not a big server just testing commands and stuff .. so i dont care if it crash ;P

Plz anyone can say a command for talking with ChanServ nick .? It was something /os raw :ChanServ: msg #channel :HELLO!

I have irc server but other ppls cant connect ( i am using shit internet connection ) but i have port 113 and with that ppls can connect but how i use it?
