Dell your asking a lot of questions that are contained in the Docs and Faq's . Unless you enjoy reading RTFM every time you post do some research into your problem first . Whilst everyone on these forums will help they will not hold your hand and do it for you . The Docs and Faq hold answers to most problems . If we tell you how to set up the entire server then you learn nothing . Its not that people on here are unhelpful its likely that your question has been answered a 1000 times before and can be found by a quick forum search or as in your case is included in the Faqs/Docs .
