I hope someone can help us...

We have installed UNREAL 3.2 it is working all OK but we found out that the services are not included :(

So we have downloaded & followed the steps exactly as in the manual.

we have bought IRC for our forum page.
This is the first time we are installing the Unreal IRC.
& we are getting the error message below & do not know how to solve it at all.
When we contact the company they are just saying to contact ...
