/usr/bin/install -m 0700 src/ircd /usr/home/kdbahar/Unreal3.2/src/ircd
install: src/ircd and /usr/home/kdbahar/Unreal3.2/src/ircd are the same file
*** Error code 64

If you are using the default install to directory, you do not need to run make install.
