so i need to own a website called WWC.net aswell

i am using my ip is that right?

the server is called irc.wwc.net

People try to connect to my server and they say they get Connection refused and Unable to resolve server i don't have a router or firewall on

i use the /oper and it says No O-lines for your host i type the passwords right and stuff
