Help PPL can't connect

People try to connect to my server and they say they get Connection refused and Unable to resolve server i don't have a router or firewall on

What is the address of your server?

the server is called irc.wwc.net

Do you own wwc.net?

If you do, you need to set up a DNS entry for your server:
Host irc.wwc.net not found: 3(NXDOMAIN)

so i need to own a website called WWC.net aswell

No you dont. Just the address wwc.net. Then you have to set up irc.wwc.net to point to your IRC server's IP. You dont need to put a website on http://www.wwc.net
