I would to de-activate unrealircd anti flooding features for internal use...
Some option seems to be present in config.h ... Is it necessary to compile all unrealircd sources to make it possible ?

I need, for an internal usage of unrealircd (on a lan) to remove all flood protection and specially one : for example, when the user1 paste a text of 30 lines the user2 see the first 5 lines straight away but the last 25 lines are displayed in the irc client (reception) at the speed of 1 ...
