ok i think i got one with me host, what do i do if i have got one?

Hi i have two servers both running Unreal3.2.7, is it possable for like irc.chat-buddys.net and alpha.chat-buddys.net, to spead the load of witch server ppl to connect to if you get what i mean

Ok where to start... i have got unrealircd3.2.7 installed, Recently the server has turning it self off or getting a error and turns off and i have to login shell to start it up.. i have looked at logs and theres no errors or anything saying what it is that doing it.
