I was wondering, is there any way i can enable the summon command?

No, and for reasons that aren't that hard to see :p

(imagine, say, 100 users or so all /summon ing

)

Besides, it's really not needed these days. Is there a particular reason you need it? We might be able to come up with a suggestion...

If you want /summon, my guess is, you don't really understand what it does...
