very silly question

Feel like an idiot asking but its been a while since I've fixed up .confs - how do you get rid of the +q for channel owners. I just want to be left with the traditional @'s - no ~ or &'s help

Are you using Windows or Linux?
- On Linux, just say no to that question when you ./Config
- On windows, you can't disable it (unless you compile Unreal IRCD by yourself).
