Start ?

Hey guys,

Im totally new to this so plz dont get angry for saying something stupid. I have the website http://www.out2game.nl and now i want a irc server, irc.out2game.nl, but i dont know how to start!
What do i need to start the irc server which has the name irc.out2game.nl ?
Please help guys!

BTW im running Win XP Pro

You could start by reading the UnrealIRCd documentation, and talking to your DNS service to add the irc. subdomain for you.
