Hi!

I've got an unrealircd 3.2.3 with RHE 3. I already have one ircd running, but i wanna if i can start, on another port, an second ircd ?

Yes that's possible.
Be sure to use two distinct ports and two separate installation directories.
If you don't make mistakes, you aren't really trying.
