If I try to run unrealircd i gt this, any help?

You should read the documentation, read the errors, and then read the documentation again. Once you have done that, fix the errors, and if done right, your IRCd will start. Those errors are in plain english, and if you can't understand/fix them, I question your ability to run an IRCd.

Added to this the fact that most (if not all) of these errors are already covered by comments inside that file - which means you probably haven't read a thing inside it.
