Change username

how can I forbid that users can change der usernames on my server ?

which mode should i give to the channel ??

why would u need module if its possible with channel modes ?

N = No Nickname changes are permitted in the channel [o]

in which ever channel u will use this mode users wont be able to change nick there ... ( probably oper's / op's still can )
