It won't let met set a vHost

Im trying to set a vHost but it wont let me. I typed:
/vhost set user vhost
and I got this error:

(13:30:10) -MyIRC- [vhost] Failed login for vhost set by Nick!nick@hostnamehere - incorrect password
(13:30:10) -MyIRC- *** [vhost] Login for set failed - password incorrect

You need to set VHosts in the conf, unless you are trying to use HostServ. If you are trying to use HostServ, you need to message it properly (/msg HostServ set blah)
