Hello ,
I want to start a ipv4/ipv6 unrealircd .
How can I set +x mode for ONLY for ipv4 connection ?

There's no such option.
So you would have to code a module :p

because ... more people dont want a hidden host in ipv6 connection , but want the real host (like a vhost) .

don't lock mode +x
/mode nick -x
they could do that themselves if they really wanted to....
