the ~, & and @ signs

Alright, I was so in a hurrt compiling my ircd that I didn't have time to answer the questions.

So, I want to allow the

~ for owner. & for SOP and @ for AOP/normal op.

I know it doesn't really matter... but I want it to go along with the rest of the servers.

So, is there a way to allow it? (editing a file, mabye?) or is my only option to re-compile it?

cause, I don't want to have to start all over again.
