disabled commands

Post by invisible »

I am running an unreal server, and i would like to know how to disable some commands from being used, such as command /module. I don't want any user to see the external modules that i have loaded for my unrealircd, so i am thinking of disabling it. Can anyone help me about this?

There should be no reason to diable /module, unless you intend to hide something.

Also, the only way to disable such a command, is to modify the source, which is also not supported.

I dont think I've ever come across someone wanting to hide /module who didnt have m_spy or similar loaded. Do you? Your users have every right to know. If you have it loaded, not only should /module be enabled, but you should put it in your MOTD and a Services NOTICE on connect. In Red. Bold.
