oline problem

hello all,
One of my opers is having an issue with his oline. He does not have services admin status even though his flags say he does. What the problem here?

oper.conf flags: "rDRhgwlcLkKbBnGAaNCzWH^tZvp";
usermodes on the server: +iowghrAsxNW

I think you use IRCServices, right?
Most probably services remove his services admin status right after he opers up because he isn't in the services admin list. Read /msg operserv HELP ADMIN and add him to the list.
