/msg os raw :cs join #chanel not work

cs and os are alias's.

meaning they start the command.

/cs invite #channel

if you want to use msg, use the full name:

/msg chanserv invite #channel

looks like one, you need to fix the alias block, secondly, i just realized that you can't invite services into a channel, you invite users. I don't use the invite command so i don't remember the exact syntax offhand.

/cs invite #channel
This will invite yourself to the channel using ChanServ.
