No scrollbars?

Clicking on "Forums" from http://www.unrealircd.com/ opens a
window with no toolbars and no scrollbars either (w2K/MSIE6)?
I cant scroll at all

Hmm... I just ran a test using the same setup that you've got, and it seems to work fine. (using the "Forums" link from the home page)

Maybe it's your browser acting up?

I test multiple windows operating systems and I haven't had any problems...
