1. /list isn't working for me - i have specified channels in the allow block and my clock and my servers clock are synced
2. How do I password a channel?
3.How do I find out what privileges i have? it doesn't seem to let me do certain things even though i've set up oper block right - well i think i have...

1. have you joined any channel ?
2. /mode #channel +k apassword
3.you should of have specified that in unrealircd.conf

Channels are dynamic. Once a person tries to join an inexistent channel, that channel is created on the spot. Once a person leaves a channel and he channels is then empty, it dissapears, and and all its modes are deleted as well. If you want the modes to be permanent, you need at least a person/bot in the channel.
