anope session limits

i upped my def session limits once in anope from 3 to 5, i recently tried to go to 6. i have cahanged the config and rehashed, still get the kill msg for too many connections from host. I also went to operserv to add my host info into exception list. it says added, although i still get the kill msg after the 5 connections. is there something else i need to adjust or change so this works.

you also have to change the unrealircd.conf file, there is an allow{ block with
maxperip
