what is the most common way to setup the ircd.conf so that people from diffrent country's can logon to an ircd and if they are not in that country list autoredirect to a server that is allowed for them.
we would like to use this so that people autoconnect to servers near them.
for example:
people from .NL .BE .DE connect to nl.myircd.net
people from .SE .FI .DK connect to se.myircd.net
and if somebody from .fi tries to connect to nl.myircd.net gets autoredirected to se.myircd.net.
