connection refused help

Hi all

first thanks for helping me.

i am having problems to connect to my own server.
jeffrey.servebeer.com
i cant connect to it in anyway, ive tried 127.0.0.1 and 192.168.2.150 and my external ip and the domain.

i keep getting connection refused.

my firewall(zonaalarm) is forwarding 6667, 6697, 9999 and some more.
my os firewall is of
i dont have any other firewalls running
my router is forwarding 6667 and 9999 to my computer

i have tried it with and without zonealarm.

i am running on windows xp (SP2) and the latest unrealircd version

i have read the faq and searched the forum any more info needed i will post it.

Make sure UnrealIRCd is running. It may have failed to start due to errors. Read the service.log, ircd.log and other custom logfiles you created in your configuration file.

Solved i missed a ";" at the end of my listenblock
